Sunglasses are the easiest go-to accessory to elevate an outfit. They’re also the most inexpensive and foolproof way to hide dark circles, but I think that’s a topic for another post. This summer, I’m crushing on so many fun styles and already planning how I’ll bring my favorites with me on vacation. Effortlessly Chic: The Oversized Frame
There’s nothing like a good pair of jeans, a white tee, and an oversized black frame to make you feel chic AF. My preference are these stunning Celine frames to nail that vibe. Add an oversized blazer and a pair of strappy sandals, and you’ve hit a whole other level of sophistication.
Microscopic Lenses, A Revival Story
It seems that the 90s are decidedly here to stay, with small fames gracing the faces of everyone from Bella Hadid to my personal favorite, Diane Keaton. They key, for me, is to keep the outfit closer to the current time period so as not to appear ironic. But hey, that’s just me! If I’m rocking this tiny trend, you’ll most likely see me in a floral dress, a pantsuit, or even a jumper.
Disco Vibes, But Make It Fashion
The 70s were all about disco, but oval sunglasses always give me Jackie O vibes. From there, my brain computes elegance, Italian summers, and maybe even an Aperol Spritz. For that reason, I’m always inclined to pair an oval lens with flowy linens, crochet coverups, and straw handbags. I love to channel the easygoing lifestyle of the Amalfi Coast when putting together a look like this.
