Dior, Armani, Chanel, all prestige brands with lust-worthy beauty lines. I’ll always remember my first rainy day fund for a Chanel Le Volume mascara. Meanwhile, drugstores have stepped up their beauty game. They are now packed with innovative goodies and hard-working skin care, making Target a veritable beauty destination. Which makes me wonder why I ever got so hung up on high-end, prestige makeup in the first place. I’ll always love Chanel mascaras, Clé de Peau’s concealer and Armani’s Luminous Silk Foundation, but have often wondered what would happen if I made a complete switch to drugstore beauty?
