Celery Juice
I recently – and reluctantly – tried celery juice. I kept hearing about it. I heard it was amazing for you. Everyone I knew, who looked and felt good, was doing it and swore by it. I figured there must be something to it and decided to give it a try. With hesitance, thinking this was just another health trend, and thinking celery juice sounds disgusting, I drank it…and made Matt drink it too. Within 30 minutes of drinking it, I realized people talk about it because it works.
About 30 minutes to an hour after drinking it Matt and I had to go to the bathroom. I know this a little TMI but I think it’s important people talk about it so you know what to expect. As the days went on of drinking it everyday (we tested it for seven days), it was a little less intense but it definitely helps flush your system.
Once I felt like something was “working”, whatever that means, I started researching more about celery juice. What does it do? Are there really benefits to it? Below is what I found.

There are so many health benefits that sound good to me and it doesn’t taste as bad as I expected it too. It is something I am going to test out and stick with for a little longer and see how I continue to feel.
